Our Carpet Cleaning Process

Our professional cleaning will begin by inspecting your carpet for any specific areas of concern, such as heavily soiled areas, pet stains, or other issues that may require special attention.

We then will use a high-powered vacuum to remove loose dirt and debris from the carpet fibers. This step is important because it allows the cleaner to more effectively remove dirt and stains during the cleaning process.

We then apply a pre-treatment solution to your carpet to loosen any remaining dirt or stains. The solution will be allowed to sit on the carpet for a period of time to fully penetrate the fibers.

Then we use a specialized machine called CRB (counter rotating brush) to agitate the carpet fibers, which will further loosen dirt and stains from the fibers of your carpet.

We use a powerful hot water truck mount extraction machine to rinse the carpet fibers and remove dirt and stains. The machine will inject a mixture of hot water and cleaning solution into the carpet and then extract the solution along with the dirt and stains.

If there are any remaining spots or stains on the carpet after the hot water extraction, we will apply a post-spot treatment to remove them.

Finally, we use a grooming tool to lift the carpet fibers and help them dry more quickly. In addition, the we will use air movers to speed up the drying process. Once the carpet is dry, we will perform a final inspection to ensure that all stains and spots have been removed and the carpet is fully clean.
