Arrived on time. I showed some bad stains in some areas of the carpet and they got them out. Everything looked very nice and did not have a overwhelming smell that some companies use. Pricing was very fair.

Honest is how I would describe Martin Palacios from Pure Heaven Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning who came to my home to clean two leather sofas and a leather chair. After doing a test to see if it was feasible to clean, he told us that cleaning would not harm our furniture, or discolor it, but also wouldn’t be effective. He didn’t want to do it and have us be unhappy because it wouldn’t make much difference. We appreciate his honesty. Many would have just done it, charged us and left. Martin was forthright and didn’t want to take our money without good results. We would highly recommend him snd Pure Heaven. Their 5 star ratings are well deserved.

Martin arrived on time! He came in and introduced him, explained the process and got straight to work. He was done before I could just take a peek. After assuring the details he was gone in approximately 45 minutes. I am very pleased with the results.
I had new flooring installed. Downstairs in 3 rooms, I had Pure Heaven to install waterproof Pego board. Upstairs I had 3 bedrooms with closets and hallway with carpet installed. They completed the job in a day. They did an excellent job. I was very pleased with their work and professionalism.
