I have been the recipient of many good leads for goods and services due to our friendly neighbors on Sun City Tx. F.B. page and for this I THANK YOU heartily! Recently, I asked for recommendations for upholstery cleaning companies and received several suggestions from happy customers. We ended up going with Pure Heaven carpet and upholstery company with Martin Palacious (owner) and another person coming out to clean our two sofas. This company has been one of the most fabulous companies to work with from start to finish due to 100% customer friendly service with great follow through. They took our request for an appointment and followed through with text as to day and time. They gave us a 2 hour window (10-12) and said that Martin would call us 1/2 hour out from his arrival time which he did. Both Martin and his partner were conversational and all smiles the whole time they were here and they worked in tandem as they did. The sofas look amazing and smell like they were fresh breeze dried on a lovely sunny day. When researching their company, we saw that they received many, many enthusiastic “5 star” reviews. On top of all of this, they were less expensive than other companies we had researched. A real win-win! Oh, AND, because we are a new customer, they gave us 10% off! ❤️ So, if you are hesitating about carpet or upholstery cleaning, hesitate no more! These guys know what they are doing and are a real pleasure to do business with! Oh and the picture on my post is not from our house! It is on their ad! 🥹
Pure Heaven Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning is AWESOME! I’ve been using them for years, and they never disappoint. Martin is fantastic and truly takes pride in his work. Rachel, who handles all of the appointments, is equally wonderful, her communication and prompt responses are superb! I can’t recommend this company enough. If you’re looking for reliable, professional, and genuinely caring service, give Pure Heaven a call. You won’t be disappointed!
Wow! If you believe in excellent customer service Martin is truly a professional. I needed to have my floor tile/grout cleaned and carpet restretched. He was upfront telling me what needed to be done and performed the tasks quickly and to my satisfaction. You can definitely tell he takes pride in his work and wants to treat his customers with care. Pure Heaven will definitely be at the top of my carpet care recommendations list!
Fantastic job Martin went over and above to make sure the carpet was clean and fresh . Efficient and quickly done . Highly recommend using this cleaning service.
Pure Heaven has certainly lived up to its name and reputation today! Martin, our technician, was amazing, thorough, professional and friendly... He repaired an area on the carpet that our dog had dug through to the floor. Thankfully we had a piece of carpet from when we first bought it years ago! SEE my before and after pics showing the repair and how clean the carpet is around it after having it cleaned! The smell is wonderful, the carpet looks awesome, and I could not be happier. The price is very very reasonable for the cleaning and the repair. I can tell you that Martin goes above and beyond in his work and I highly recommend him and Pure Heaven. ((Please ignore the stacked up furniture etc as we wanted that carpet cleaned from head to toe LOL!!!))
5 stars! I had a great experience with Pure Heaven Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning. The owner was incredibly nice, professional, and easy to work with. Scheduling was simple, communication was great from start to finish, and he honored the online quote exactly; no surprise charges and no attempts to upsell me on anything. Best of all, the carpet came out looking brand new! It’s refreshing to work with a company that is honest, straightforward, and takes pride in their work. I’ll definitely be using Pure Heaven again and highly recommend them!
I had new flooring installed. Downstairs in 3 rooms, I had Pure Heaven to install waterproof Pego board. Upstairs I had 3 bedrooms with closets and hallway with carpet installed. They completed the job in a day. They did an excellent job. I was very pleased with their work and professionalism.
