Pure Heaven carpet cleaning is great. They are super courteous, and reasonably priced. My wool rug looked amazing afterwards. I highly recommend them.

Martin arrived on schedule, as promised. He is a very personable individual and very informative on the aspects of our carpet issue. It took him less than 30 minutes to correct the hump in the carpet and it looks the carpet was just installed. I would highly recommend him on any carpet or upholstery issues.
We hired Pure Heaven Carpet and Upholstery to clean our large sectional couch and carpet. Before they even arrived we were receiving text updates about our service, which was a nice surprise. Martin arrived on time and was professional and courteous. He explained everything that he would be doing and answered every question that I had. The couch and carpet look fantastic! He even gave us a pointers on how to treat any spills that we may encounter before the next cleaning. We were so impressed with the level of service, professionalism and quality of work that we are being scheduled to have our tile cleaned. Pure heaven carpet and upholstery is a fantastic company and I highly recommend them!
Martin answered my questions and took care of business. I had a room that needed cleaning as my own vacuuming and carpet shampooing was not getting the job done. After a quick look around he got to work and then we discussed a few other things for possible future work. The room no longer smells bad, the carpet is nice and clean. I couldn't be happier.

Martin just finished my carpet and Couch and they look BRAND NEW! Not a single trace of spilled drinks, pet hair, crumbs, dirt, you name it! On top of that, Martin was very nice and professional. I would absolutely recommend Pure Heaven and will be using them again.
An excellent employee very professional was so glad he was sent to my house to clean my carpet all he had to do is spray it to get the smell out to me I could still smell the dog that we babysit it for my daughter the gentleman couldn't spell it but I could but after he left it smelled excellent when he was through cleaning my carpet thank you so much
