Did an amazing job with cleaning my dinning room chairs and living room area rug. Only thing I did not like was the fact that I only really needed my dinning chairs cleaned but because the price fell under $100 I had to add the area rug in to just for them to come clean. However, they did an amazing job with their cleaning!!!
Martin arrived on schedule, as promised. He is a very personable individual and very informative on the aspects of our carpet issue. It took him less than 30 minutes to correct the hump in the carpet and it looks the carpet was just installed. I would highly recommend him on any carpet or upholstery issues.
We hired Pure Heaven Carpet and Upholstery to clean our large sectional couch and carpet. Before they even arrived we were receiving text updates about our service, which was a nice surprise. Martin arrived on time and was professional and courteous. He explained everything that he would be doing and answered every question that I had. The couch and carpet look fantastic! He even gave us a pointers on how to treat any spills that we may encounter before the next cleaning. We were so impressed with the level of service, professionalism and quality of work that we are being scheduled to have our tile cleaned. Pure heaven carpet and upholstery is a fantastic company and I highly recommend them!
Martin answered my questions and took care of business. I had a room that needed cleaning as my own vacuuming and carpet shampooing was not getting the job done. After a quick look around he got to work and then we discussed a few other things for possible future work. The room no longer smells bad, the carpet is nice and clean. I couldn't be happier.

Martin just finished my carpet and Couch and they look BRAND NEW! Not a single trace of spilled drinks, pet hair, crumbs, dirt, you name it! On top of that, Martin was very nice and professional. I would absolutely recommend Pure Heaven and will be using them again.
An excellent employee very professional was so glad he was sent to my house to clean my carpet all he had to do is spray it to get the smell out to me I could still smell the dog that we babysit it for my daughter the gentleman couldn't spell it but I could but after he left it smelled excellent when he was through cleaning my carpet thank you so much

Absolutely wonderful. Martin the tech and his assistant were very professional and did a great job restretching 3 rooms that were poorly installed by a different company. They also cleaned the carpets and gave them new life for our rental. They had very good comminication also keeping me in the loop via text and phone calls when they were on their way. Highly recommend!
Martin is the nices man to do business with. No upsizing; price is what they quote. He even said if the stain comes back after a few weeks he’ll fix it. What away to have repeat business and recommendations. Next he’ll be doing my wool rug in the dinning room.
