Martin arrived on time, was polite and professional, and did a fantastic job. We have a wool area rug that had suffered the ravages of a sick cat. Martin left it purr-fectly clean and fresh! Our other rugs and carpets turned out great as well. 5 stars for 5 star service-- Pure Heaven is now my go-to carpet cleaning service.
