Wow! If you believe in excellent customer service Martin is truly a professional. I needed to have my floor tile/grout cleaned and carpet restretched. He was upfront telling me what needed to be done and performed the tasks quickly and to my satisfaction. You can definitely tell he takes pride in his work and wants to treat his customers with care. Pure Heaven will definitely be at the top of my carpet care recommendations list!

Pure Heaven has certainly lived up to its name and reputation today! Martin, our technician, was amazing, thorough, professional and friendly... He repaired an area on the carpet that our dog had dug through to the floor. Thankfully we had a piece of carpet from when we first bought it years ago! SEE my before and after pics showing the repair and how clean the carpet is around it after having it cleaned! The smell is wonderful, the carpet looks awesome, and I could not be happier. The price is very very reasonable for the cleaning and the repair. I can tell you that Martin goes above and beyond in his work and I highly recommend him and Pure Heaven. ((Please ignore the stacked up furniture etc as we wanted that carpet cleaned from head to toe LOL!!!))
5 stars! I had a great experience with Pure Heaven Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning. The owner was incredibly nice, professional, and easy to work with. Scheduling was simple, communication was great from start to finish, and he honored the online quote exactly; no surprise charges and no attempts to upsell me on anything. Best of all, the carpet came out looking brand new! It’s refreshing to work with a company that is honest, straightforward, and takes pride in their work. I’ll definitely be using Pure Heaven again and highly recommend them!
I had new flooring installed. Downstairs in 3 rooms, I had Pure Heaven to install waterproof Pego board. Upstairs I had 3 bedrooms with closets and hallway with carpet installed. They completed the job in a day. They did an excellent job. I was very pleased with their work and professionalism.
I cannot recommend Pure Haven Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning enough! They came out to clean my couch, and I honestly didn’t think it could be saved. Between kids, coffee spills, dirt, and dogs, it was covered in stains and years of wear. By the time they finished, it looked almost brand new! They were professional, friendly, thorough, and clearly took pride in their work. The attention to detail and the results completely exceeded my expectations. It’s amazing what they were able to do. If you’re on the fence about having your furniture cleaned, do it and call Pure Haven. They brought my couch back to life, and I will definitely be using them again. Highly recommend!
