Thank you Martin for the great cleaning job you did for us this morning on our vintage chair —it looks so much brighter and smells wonderful.

Arrived on time. I showed some bad stains in some areas of the carpet and they got them out. Everything looked very nice and did not have a overwhelming smell that some companies use. Pricing was very fair.

10/10 recommend this company! Customer service was outstanding. We had several rugs, a sectional, dining chairs and counter stools cleaned- they all look great! Martin P did a fantastic job.

Perfect detailed cleaning

It was great to meet and work with Martin. I have a new puppy I've been potty training and now I was at a point to get the accidents cleaned up. My carpets look and smell awesome. I will definitely be using Pure Heaven again and would definitely recommend this company.

They went above and beyond make sure my house was clean, even when an unexpected water shutoff led them to use their own water tank! My carpet was spotless and my house spelled so fresh!

Honest is how I would describe Martin Palacios from Pure Heaven Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning who came to my home to clean two leather sofas and a leather chair. After doing a test to see if it was feasible to clean, he told us that cleaning would not harm our furniture, or discolor it, but also wouldn’t be effective. He didn’t want to do it and have us be unhappy because it wouldn’t make much difference. We appreciate his honesty. Many would have just done it, charged us and left. Martin was forthright and didn’t want to take our money without good results. We would highly recommend him snd Pure Heaven. Their 5 star ratings are well deserved.

I had new flooring installed. Downstairs in 3 rooms, I had Pure Heaven to install waterproof Pego board. Upstairs I had 3 bedrooms with closets and hallway with carpet installed. They completed the job in a day. They did an excellent job. I was very pleased with their work and professionalism.

Did an amazing job with cleaning my dinning room chairs and living room area rug. Only thing I did not like was the fact that I only really needed my dinning chairs cleaned but because the price fell under $100 I had to add the area rug in to just for them to come clean. However, they did an amazing job with their cleaning!!!

It took him less than 30 minutes to correct the hump in the carpet and it looks the carpet was just installed. I would highly recommend him on any carpet or upholstery issues.
